We’re sorry you’ve suffered a loss. In order to expedite your claim, please make sure you follow these steps:

  1. Notify the onsite manager of the situation.
  2. Take pictures of any damaged items.
  3. If the situation is a burglary, you must file a police report with the local authorities. A police report is needed for the claims process.
  4. Do not dispose of anything until you have spoken with a Pinnacle representative.
  5. Start a claim here: File a Claim.
