When does my protection begin?

Your protection starts once you have executed your lease agreement, completed the tenant protection addendum , and made your first payment (paid with your first months rent). If you are opting into the protection plan after your first month, or reinstating, your protection begins after payment is received.

What about a deductible?

There is no deductible except for burglary claims where you didn’t use a barrel lock on your unit. If you want to avoid all deductible issues make sure you use a barrel lock. Most office managers have barrel locks for sale.

How do I file a claim?

Go to our Claims page and complete the online form or call us at 385-240-4450.

How does my protection plan end?

Your protection ends when your lease ends, you fail to make your payments, or you request the protection to stop.

Can I protect my car, boat, or RV?

Should I notify the site manager if I have a claim?

Yes you can, but it must be stored in a locked and covered unit. Items stored in the open not behind a locked door do NOT have protection.
